August 28 - First day of classes begin
Happy August! Hard to believe that our foreign tour is just around the corner. We have been practicing hard for over a week to prepare for our international competition. We will host a clinic in each country so we can spread the “Fordham name” all over the world. We will also be playing two games in Australia (one against Canterbury Wildcats Selection) and one in New Zealand in front of Erin’s family and friends. We are also playing Fiji against one of my best former player’s team.
Please follow us throughout our tour on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter! You can find us @FordhamWBB
We will have six new faces wearing the Fordham uniform for the first time. This includes our freshman (Alina Gjerkes, Danielle Padovano, Danielle Burns, and Hannah Missry), Tennessee Tech transfer Briana Jordan and St. John’s transfer Mary Nwachukwu. This trip will allow us to get a jump-start on 2012-2013 season. We hope you enjoy your warm summer days and look forward to telling you about our trip Down Under!

Next season looks to be challenging but also exciting for everyone involved!!!” Likes: Michael Jordan, granola and chocolate, and The Lion King.
