The Fort Hays State University ID Camp provides the atmosphere for the serious soccer player with ambitions of playing collegiate soccer. The coaches will provide college level training to improve each player through specific skill instruction, small sided games, and 11 vs. 11 games. At the conclusion of camp, you will know what it takes to compete at the collegiate level. This camp is a great way to be identified by FHSU soccer coaches.

We, (or I) hereby request that you accept this document for the 2017 FHSU Soccer ID Camp, and in consideration of your acceptance of this document, we will (or I) hereby release the Board of Trustees of Fort Hays State University, for the benefit of FHSU, and all of its employees from all claims on account of any injuries which may be sustained by our (or my) minor child as a result of any such injuries. If medical attention is required for injury or illness while at camp, I give my permission for such medical care. We (I) also grant permission for the FHSU Soccer ID Camp to use and photograph of our child for any commercial purposes. _______________________________________________
The camp will be conducted at the FHSU Soccer Stadium or at the brand new SchmidtBickle Indoor Training Facility depending on weather. More information will be available after registration
