Tournament - 12 station/100 round sporting clays Recreational - Warm-up shooting activities are available and adjacent to registration area featuring “Annie Oakley” with $10 and $20 entry fee brackets for the lightweights and heavyweights.
Teams:
Maximum of 48 teams comprised of four people per team.
Entry Fee:
$1000 per team, checks payable to “Fort Worth SPE” or fill-in credit card information on credit card form (Includes lunch, door prizes, team prizes and a 4-man golf cart.)
Entry Deadline:
Thursday, April 23, 2015: Slots available to the first 48 teams with entry fee and entry form received.
Raffles:
$10, $20 & $30 squares covering a wide range of beautiful shotguns
Awards:
Team awards: 1st , 2nd and 3rd place team based on gross scores Individual awards: “Top Gun”, “the Middle Man” and “Barney Fife”

2015 Fort Worth SPE Sporting Clay Tournament Participation & Sponsorship 1.)
The number of 4-person teams will be limited to 48 for this year. Entry deadline is the earlier of April 23, 2015 or receipt of the first 48 teams’ entry form and entry fee of $1000 .
2.)
Each team member will be required to sign a waiver of liability at registration. Substitutions will be accepted until registration closes.
3.)
The designated team captain on the entry form will be responsible for distributing a copy of the Rules and Regulations to each member of the team for their review and acceptance.
4.)
Two teams will be assigned to each station. Each team will score and pull targets for the other team paired on the station.
5.)
Registration will open on Thursday morning, May 7, 2015 at 9:00 am and close at 11:00 am. Warm-up shooting begins at 9:00 am and the tournament round begins at 12:00 pm. Liability Waivers must be signed and registered
prior to all shooting activities. 6.)
Lunch, non-alcoholic beverages, door prizes and awards are included in the entry fee.
7.)
Safety is of the utmost importance, and therefore, the consumption of alcoholic beverages will not be permitted until after all shooting has been completed. Ear protection and shooting glasses are required. Your support is appreciated.
8.)
Door prizes will be awarded following the tournament round. You must be present to receive a door prize.
9.)
Corporate and individual sponsorship of this event is greatly appreciated and may be in the form of cash, food, drinks, tents, chairs and volunteers.
10.)
The net proceeds of this event will be used exclusively for the SPE - Fort Worth Section’s scholarship offerings to talented and deserving students in Petroleum Engineering.

ALPINE SHOOTING RANGE 5482 Shelby Road Fort Worth, Texas 76140 FROM DOWNTOWN FT, WORTH: Take I-35 south to I-20 East. Go east to the Forest Hill Dr. Exit (#440B).Turn right (South) onto Forest Hill, *go 2 1/2 miles to the second 4-way stop sign, (There will be a Post Office on your right). Turn left (East) onto Shelby Rd. at the Alpine sign. Follow Shelby for 2 1/2 miles and Alpine will be on the right. There are signs beginning at Shelby Rd. that will guide you. FROM THE EAST: Travel West on I-20 past the 820/I-20 merge, to Forest Hill Drive. Take the Forest Hill Dr. exit (#440B). Turn left (South) onto Forest Hill Drive, follow directions shown above.* FROM THE SOUTH: Traveling North on I-35, take the Everman exit. Go east through Everman to a stop sign at Race Street. Continue going east to the next stop sign at Forest Hill Drive. (post Office will be on the left). Here you will see an Alpine sign on the right. Continue straight ahead for 2 1/2 miles to Alpine, which will be on the right. FROM THE WEST: Travel east on I-20, cross over I-35, go to Forest Hill Drive.
