Your registration for the Ashley Ridge Fox Trot 5K will benefit the ARHS Cross Country team. Make checks payable to: AR Cross Country Drop the application off to the ASHLEY RIDGE front office for Angela Cantrell OR Mail the registration form to: Angela Cantrell 9800 Delemar Highway Summerville, SC 29485 Race Day Schedule: Registration and packet pick-up – 6:30 – 7:30 am at the Legend Oaks Golf Clubhouse 5K Run – 8:00 am / Awards Ceremony/Prizes – 9:00 am Ashley Ridge High School Fox Trot 5K Run Waiver Form: I hereby declare, assert and affirm that participation in the Ashley Ridge Fox Trot 5K Run/ is done having voluntarily and knowingly assumed ALL RISKS involved in this Special Event. The immediate physical risks and hazards associated with normal, vigorous physical activity include (but are not limited to) physical discomfort, fatigue, muscular soreness, falls, pulled or strained muscles, overuse injuries, heat stress, and the rare instance of abnormal responses of the cardiorespiratory system including heart arrhythmia, heart attack, stroke, and sudden death. In consideration of acceptance of this contract allowing my participation in the above stated Special Event and intending to be legally bound thereby, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, WAIVE AND RELEASE any and all rights and claims for negligence, injuries, damages or losses that I may incur against all participating agencies involved in the about stated Special Event, specifically Ashley Ridge High School and Legend Oaks Golf Club, their respective employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, for any and all activities connected with the above Special Event.
