Free Motion Stitching - Beginning with Cindy Chambers

Fabric (I used light colors with a dark thread so free motion stitching could be seen.) If you use all the same fabric, you will need 1 1/3 yd. (Muslin or a light colored fabric will show off dark colored thread.)    

4 sets of fabric pages for flip book – each set approx.. 9” x 11” 4 pieces 10 x 12” Warm-N-Natural for flip book 1 piece - 18” x 18” Warm-N-Natural for practice 2 - 18” x 18” pieces of cotton fabric for practice

Supplies:  Sewing Machine.- feed dogs need to be able to lower  Pencil/Pen  Erasable pen/ marker  1 spool of thread (I used Isacord) or cotton quilting thread  Small cutting mat and rotary cutter - Optional  Scissors or snips  Sharp needles – Micortex #12  Spiral Notebook
