Freezer Meal Cooking Class

Participants will leave with TEN freezer meals, a recipe book, and a goodie-bag filled with wonderful nutrition-related information from our sponsors! All groceries and necessary supplies will be provided.

Cost: $120.00 to make 10 meals! Date: Saturday, April 22nd. Time: 1:00-4:30 p.m. Location: Northern Heights High School Small Gym
