speaker, and child-advocate committed to helping children in extreme poverty. With humor and heart, she speaks to audiences around the world about how to have healthy relationships and cultivate empathy. Kristie's work has been regularly featured in The Huffington Post, Darling Magazine, The Good Men Project and Yahoo Parenting. She speaks to women’s retreats, MOPS groups, family nights, youth and children's groups, college/young adult groups, schools, camps and conferences. She also serves as the Online Community Manager for Step Into My Shoes, an experiential learning resource for families to learn about poverty and examine what “enough” means. Kristie spent 15 years creating and leading children’s and family programming in Southern California and is the founder of Life to the Full a company providing creative resources for churches, non-profits, schools, and families. She laid claim to her fun double name, Kristie Christie, by marrying just right man, David CHRISTIE. Kristie and David live in Calabasas, California.
