The Helwig Carbon Products Scholarship MSOE’s Financial Aid Office is accepting applications for the 2018-2019 Helwig Carbon Products Scholarship. It would be a scholarship of at least $14,000 that would be in addition to your existing MSOE Scholarship, provided you are not exceeding your overall Cost of Attendance. You may be eligible, if offered, an internship with Helwig Carbon Products in summer 2018.
Criteria 1.
Be a qualified, full time student at MSOE with minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grading system.
2. Be seeking a professional, Baccalaureate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 3. Students must have already taken at least one of the Linear Circuits/Networks courses (For example EE-201, EE-2050, EE-2060 and EE-2070 etc.) 4. Preference will be given to students who have taken Analysis and Control of Electromechanical Devices (EE-253) and/or Electro- Mechanical Energy Conversion (EE-3401).

The Scholarship Report Form must be typed to be considered for the scholarship, and is a Word fill-in form for your convenience. For best results, highlight the gray box and type in your response. Do not use the "tab" as it will change the document's formatting. We suggest typing your essay in a separate Word document, copying and pasting it into the essay section for best results.

Internship/Employment In accepting the Helwig Carbon Products Scholarship, the recipient will be eligible to participate in a compensated internship, if offered.
