How can that possibly be off topic? Why was I not removed from your membership rolls? The National Liberty Alliance is not telling its membership that the US has been under martial law since 1861, because the US Congress kept on extending a secret state of emergency behind closed doors. I resigned my membership in National Liberty Alliance on March 31, 2016 when I found out that you are trying to panic the people instead of telling them about the Global Currency Reset. The Network of Global Corporate Control (identified by Vitali, Glattfelter and Battiston of ETH Zurich http://arxiv.org/PS_cache/arxiv/pdf/1107/1107.5728v2.pdf ) is insolvent and in receivership in the Global Debt Facility containing the world's monetary gold reserves. It is the turn of the Network of Global Corporate Control to panic. We, humanity, are all fine, and we are applying the monetary gold reserves in a Global Currency Reset that is administered by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. If you were a genuine patriotic organization, you would have informed your membership about the US being under martial law. You would have informed your membership that the 50 Governors of the US states are aware that the US' monetary gold reserves are safe and are being applied in a Global Currency reset. Why didn't you email your membership anything about the Global Debt Facility? On April 10, 2016 I sent these Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF to prevent the Network of Global Corporate Control from stealing the world's gold in the Global Debt Facility by email to the New York missions and Tokyo embassies. Most of the Washington Embassies have received hard copies by now as well. It is a big job to personally sign these letters to each member of the Board of Governors and to each Ambassador in Washington. The last letters were put in the mail yesterday.

The minutes of the upcoming April 16, 2016 meeting of the Development Committee are valid and have not been renounced by a single country. The Governors of the United States are providing mere warranties of title instead of the real titles of property because of the war powers against the people of the US under the secret martial law.
