NC UST REASONABLE RA E DOCUMENT
In accordance with the requirements of the Department/Division to periodically review the NC UST Reasonable Rate Document (RRD), the Task Scope of Work and Price List documents are being published for a thirty (30) day public comment. All comments are required to be in writing and received by 5:00pm on September 16, 2016. Comments on specific task codes are to begin with the task code number in bold and then followed by the comment. General comments should be placed at the beginning of any response. The Department/Division has reviewed all the information at its disposal to arrive at the costs being presented. If there are comments about costs/prices, then a justification for a different price other than what is being presented should be provided. The Department/Division has highlighted in yellow, the major changes made, but it is your responsibility to review the entire documents for content. Written responses are to be submitted to Scott Ryals or Vance Jackson at the address listed below or via e-mail at [email protected] or [email protected]. As a result of the proposed revisions to the RRD, no pre-approvals for work scheduled after December 31, 2016 are being accepted.
