FRUITA MONUMENT HIGH SCHOOL GENERAL INFORMATION Fruita Monument High School has created some disticnt brand signatures to effectively standardize the look of our school in the marketplace. The first brand signature is the overall school mark with a logo the envelops two of the most signifigant geological landmarks in our region. The mark communicats the overall values of our school. The second brand signature is our athletic mark, which is stronger, bolder and in the spirit of our athletic programs. It is very important as you develop designs incorporating these markst hat you keep these two themes seperate and distinct.

FRUITA MONUMENT HIGH SCHOOL USAGE GUIDELINES 1. COLORS Color is an important component of our FMHS identity. Two primary colors are available for varsity sport uniforms. may include a secondary or accent color(s), including any of the primary or accent colors listed. Special exceptions will be made for baseball/softball, volleyball libero and soccer goalies and approved causes. Accent/secondary color should be used only as an accent on the uniform and not the primary color. 2. GRAPHICS The main graphic for all varsity athletic uniforms is the Power Cat. This graphic should have a priority placement on the uniform along with school name. The interlocking FM and paw logo are also allowed on uniforms, and should have a secondary placement. For warm-up, practice and coaching apparel, a sport extension (i.e. Football, Golf, etc.) may be placed below along with the Power Cat using the font PL State or PL Upright. Approved graphic files, including text versions of the font and all other approved marks can be found on the P://drive and/or can be requested by emailing Denny Squibb. Please deletell other marks that you have and use only approved marks from this point forward. 3. SCHOOL IDENTIFIERS In addition to player numbers, the words “Fruita” or “Wildcats” must appear on all uniforms. For teams that traditionally have home and away uniforms, “Wildcats” is recommended for home apparel and “Fruita” for away. Teams that use the same uniform for both home and away events can choose which of the two phrases to put on the uniform. The word “Cats” is not allowed. Lettering should be set using pre-approved graphics and type for the words “Wildcats” and “Fruita” The words and numbers should appear in the approved fonts and files can be made available to vendors upon request. In the event a vendor does not allow the flexibility to use approved fonts, an acceptable replacement may be chosen with prior approval. 4. APPROVAL PROCESS Vendors/Coaches must submit all final uniform, practice, and coaching/player apparel designs to the Athletic Director prior to ordering. Approvals will be made within 24 hours of submission with an approval code or requested changes. Any questions should be directed to Denny Squibb via email at [email protected]
