Overview FBK Product Creation Process We have made order fulfillment much easier and affordable by creating one of the most advanced fulfillment networks in the country, Fulfillment byKonga.

Through Fulfillment by Konga, merchants are allowed to store their products at Konga’s fulfillment center at an affordable cost. Fulfillment by Konga helps sellers pick, pack and ship their orders.

How FBK works – Product Conversion FBK is eligible to both old and new Konga Merchants, if you already have products online on Konga and you want to convert to FBK, below are steps on how to; Step 1: Login to SHQ Step 2: Click “products”, select the item you wish to move to FBK and click “edit”.

How FBK works – Product Conversion Step 3: Scroll down to the question “Would you like to warehouse this product with Konga?”, click “Yes” and “save changes”.

Note: Once you have chosen to convert your items to FBK products, you will not be able to reverse this action. If you wish to continue to fulfill these items yourself , you will be required to recreate the item(s) and select “No” to the above question

How FBK Works – Product batch Creation/Scheduling Once you have selected FBK, the quantity of the item automatically turns zero then goes off the site. Step 4: Click “ Warehouse” on the top left, click “INBOUND” Tab and click "Schedule Drop-off“

How FBK Works – Product batch Creation/Scheduling Step 6: On the left are products you have selected for FBK, select items to batch by clicking “Add to batch” and indicate quantity.

How FBK works – Product batch Creation/Scheduling……contd The batch you have created saves successfully and awaits Admin schedule. Following schedule by admin, merchant receives a notification for the scheduled date of batch drop off at the warehouse.

Note: All quantities in batch created must tally with the physical products to be inbounded. Products will not be accepted if there is any form of disparity and thus, you will be required to create another batch.

Step 1: Login to SHQ Step 2: Click “sell an item”

How FBK works – Product creation Step 3: Fill in the details of the item and click “yes” to the question “Would you like to warehouse this product with Konga?” and “save item”

The saved item is sent the admin for product approval. Once the item is approved, merchant may choose to create a batch as described in previous slides(10 -12).

How FBK Payment Works? Sales proceeds to merchants will be less the warehouse charge. This means that merchant will be charged ONLY when item ordered is successfully delivered. Merchants will be billed by the size(weight band) of the item being warehoused. The weight band cost is subject to change.
