We offer the following fundraisers to meet player committment… 1.

Grocery Cards: Refillable Cards for King Soopers or Safeway. Add money to the card at the register, use the card to pay for groceries and gas, and earn 3-‐5% to your player’s account. Costs you nothing. a. These can accumulate ALL year – sign up NOW through February for this season, after February, it will go toward summer or next year’s costs. b. King Sooper: 5% of all purchases goes to player’s account c. Safeway: depending on # of participants, 3% -‐ 5% goes to player’s account Raffle: Tickets are sold for $5. Prizes are cash: $500; $250; $250 a. Sell NOW until January 31; Prizes will be awarded at the Poker Night on February 8 b. Up to $4/ticket will go to player’s account (once we cover prizes, we can confirm this) Poker Night at the Mirage: $40 initial donation to play ; $20 optional donation for “rebuy-‐in” a. Sell NOW until February 8; poker night February 8 b. $20 of each initial donation and the entire $20 from any rebuy-‐ins goes to player account c. Raffle Prizes will be given out during poker Applebees: Tickets are sold for $10, pancake breakfast a. Sell NOW until December 7; Breakfast December 7, 7:30-‐9:30 b. $5/ticket goes to player’s account c. Participating players work the breakfast in shifts Butterbraids: Sell butterbraids for $12 each. a. Sell NOW until December 13; Delivery December 16-‐20 b. $5/braid goes to player’s account

SAMPLE STRATEGY 1: I want to raise the whole amount and do 3 fundraisers: o Grocery Card: $160; Sell 100 raffle tickets :$400; 8 poker players/rebuy-‐ins $240: TOTAL: $800 o Grocery Card: $250; 20 guests to Applebees: $100; sell 75 butterbraids: $375: TOTAL: $725 SAMPLE STRATEGY 2: I want to raise some with 1 fundraiser and pay the rest: o Grocery Card: $400; pay balance or Sell 50 raffle tickets: $200; pay balance o Applebees: bring 100 guests: $500; pay balance or Butterbraids: sell 50 braids: $250; pay balance
