Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with the use of the recreational facility and engaging activity and program, and in consideration of the Future Eagle Football Camp, Geneva Area City Schools and Spire Institute accepting registrant for its program, the undersigned hereby assumes any risk and releases, discharges and otherwise indemnifies the Future Eagle Camp Staff, Geneva Area City Schools and Spire Institute, its employees and agents against any claim for injuries received by the registrant and/or minor(s) as a result of participation in the program and activity or use of the recreational facilities or during transport to or from same, which transportation is hereby authorized. 3. The undersigned hereby gives consent for emergency medical care prescribed by a duly licensed physical or doctor of dentistry. This care may be given under whatever circumstances are necessary to preserve the life, limb, or well being of the registrant and/or minor (s).

The Camp: The Geneva Eagles Team Camp is led by Geneva head coach Chip Sorber and his football staff. The philosophy of the camp is to give student-athletes entering grades 2-5 an opportunity to learn the basics of the programs offensive and defensive drills as well as the fundamental concepts utilized by
all Geneva football teams. Campers will rotate through all the position groups for offense & defense. It also provides an opportunity for players to work together as a

Cost: This 4-day camp is $50 (Make checks payable to: Geneva Area City Schools Register: Choice #1: Mail-Registration & Check Future Eagles Football Camp 510 Oak Hollow Dr. Madison, Ohio 44057 Choice #2- Turn in registration form and cash or check to Chip Sorber In the Geneva High School Weight Room any Monday, Tuesday or Thursday 2:30-3:45(Thru June 3) Choice #3- Register on the first day of camp (June 12) no guarantee of getting a T-shirt *Deadline is June 9 to guarantee a camp T-shirt. However, you may register on the first day of camp w/o guarantee of a shirt.

In addition to the fundamental aspect of Geneva football, campers will be introduced to the coaching staff and basic philosophies of the program. Don Shymske- Coach Shymske is entering his 12th year of coaching football. He serves as our defensive coordinator and running backs coach. Coach Shymske also coaches in our youth program and is also an alumni of the Geneva Football Program.
Matt Peet- Coach Peet is entering his 3rd year with the program. Coach Peet is the assistant offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He also coaches our defensive secondary. Coach Peet also coaches in our youth football program.
What to bring: Each camper should bring appropriate shoes for our turf (Regular athletic shoes, molded rubber or screw-in cleats). Regular athletic shoes are also fine. No metal cleats… Please bring a water jug.
Jay Iapaolo- Coach Iapalo is entering his 3rd

Coach Sorber was previously the head football coach at Cardinal High School and most recently the offensive coordinator at Chardon High School where he also coached the quarterbacks. Coach Sorber also has served as defensive coordinator at Chardon. Mr. Sorber has also coached varsity football at Madison High School
Jay Corlew- Coach Corlew is beginning his
32nd
year of coaching. He has been a head coach at first Ledgemont High School and later Lakeside High School. He offers a wealth of coaching experience to our program. Coach Corlew coaches the running backs on offense and linebackers on defense as well as our special teams coordinator.
