SELC notice to sue Progress Asheville for CWA violations- claim of unpermitted discharges to surface waters and groundwaters in violation of NPDES permit. SELC giving Progress 60 days to cease and remediate violations, otherwise they will file citizen suit in US District Court. PS- Sergei has just started NPDES permit renewal for Progress Asheville.
