GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF INSTALLATION SERVICES •Pricing is based on elevator use or lift to units, NO STAIRS. Stairs quote available per request. •Disposal installation does not fall under Ferguson's scope of work. This task is completed by Plumber. •This bid does not include parking fees. If they are required please advise and quote will be provided. •Long appliance hauls or delays due to entrances being blocked need to be assessed for delays and backcharge. • Requested installation dates need a minimum 10 day lead time for scheduling. •Door swing reversal for Refrigerator and Laundry not included. Quote available upon request. •Based on GC provided existing hook ups. Modifications or alterations are outside of scope, and installers are not qualified for such work. Ferguson is not responsible for work performed by other related subcontractors. •Install prices for laundry include standard 4 ft hoses. If 6 ft hoses are determined to be needed due to closet constraints at jobsite walk, then a change to 6 ft hoses will be charged. •Serial numbers are located on appliances and in most use and care manuals. Close out warranty packets show location of info for easy tenant finding. Serial number recording is a lengthy time consuming process for the installers, causing a degree of delay. If requested, serial number recording per unit & entered into an organized spreadsheet is an additional $5 (Non Union) or $23 (Union) per a kitchen charge. •Saturday delivery/installation requires a 3 week lead time for scheduling and overtime charges will apply. •Appliance warranty is run by certified manufacture technicians, separate entities. Ferguson will assist with contracted customer for warranty items until job turn over. At this time, the warranty close out packet is given with detailed information for property management to utilize manufacture warranties directly. Ferguson will explain the process if needed. •Aesthetic Warranty: Manufacture gives 72 hours for aesthetic warranty to be reported by GC Supervisor walk. After this time, parts can be considered trade damage. This is a timely process, and damages need to be reported immediately. •Recipient of appliances (GC or someone acting on the GC’s behalf) must sign off on all appliances upon delivery. •If cycle test is unable to be performed due to site readiness issues, $65 return to site charge per stop, plus $25 cycle test charge per appliance.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY •Due to the nature of Ferguson's role as a supplier of ready to use appliances, installation is a third party sub tiered service we oversee and project manage solely. Therefore, retention will be held on the labor portion of the contract only. •Manfacturer warranties are valid for one year from the substantial completion date of the project. Extended warranties may be available upon request, please inquire for more information. •Appliances are based on current Department of Energy Star Ratings from date of quote. Ferguson and Manufacture are not responsible for DOE change of energy star qualifications and subject to change on short notice. •Model numbers and discontinuations are subject to change without notice by manufacturer. This may include price differences for non-transitional product out of supplier's control. •Lift-gates for delivery trucks are not included in above pricing. Pricing is available upon request. •Final quantities are to be approved by purchaser before final contract is written. PRICE VALID THROUGH - 03/31/16
