Gertens 2012 Holiday Poinsettias Our Mission To assist schools, churches and other community organizations in meeting their financial goals. At Gertens we offer the best plant material available through our year round programs, along with superior customer service. New for 2012! Fire Color Cones – produce dancing green and blue “colored flames” for your wood fire. Use in a fireplace or campfire, over 30 pieces per package. (Fire cones do not count toward the quantity discount on your poinsettia order. No discounts apply to the Fire Cones)

Holiday Fundraiser offerings • Little Star Poinsettia – this adorable poinsettia (grown in a 2” pot) is dressed in a seasonal pot and packaged in a handy see-through pouch. • Gerten grown Poinsettias are available in many natural colors, grown in 6.5” and 8.5” pots. • Painted Poinsettias: our natural poinsettias hand air-brush painted. • Cyclamen: available in a 6.5” pot. Blooming beauty that lasts into spring. • Combination Baskets: Filled with beautiful seasonal blooming plants. Available in 2 sizes: 17” and 13”. • Poinsettia & Cyclamen cost includes decorative pot cover, organza, care tag, and protective packaging. Plant Cards • Increase your profits by including the Gerten Plant Card Program. • Available in convenient denominations of $25, $50 and $100. • Provides you with a 15% profit margin when sold at face value. • Can be included with any plant program or sold any time throughout the year as a separate fundraiser. • Never expire or lose their value. How does the Holiday Poinsettia Fundraiser work? • Choose the items you would like to sell from our seasonal offering. • Set your sale price based on your financial needs and your customer base. • Begin selling beautiful Gerten grown Poinsettias, Cyclamen, and Combination Baskets. • Gertens delivers the plants to you on your chosen delivery day (all orders are available for pickup at Gertens). • Delivery/Will Call dates available November 19th through December 21st. • All deliveries will be scheduled in 2 hour windows (8-10am, 10am-12pm, 1-3pm, or 3-5pm). • Report count or price discrepancies within 24 hours of accepting your order. • Payment for your order is not due until after your delivery (or will call). Please send in payment according to the invoice you receive with your order. How to participate • You must have a Fundraiser Account with Gertens. Call 651.239.1321 to get started. • Notify Gertens of intent to participate by scheduling your Delivery/Will Call date. Call promptly as our calendar fills quickly. To guarantee best selection, book your date by October 1st. Dates to remember • October 1st: To guarantee best selection, book by this date. • October 22nd: Final order due. Submit your order on the Order Form supplied in your information packet. • Nov 19th–Dec 21st: Delivery/Will Call dates. Allow a 2 hour window for arrival of your delivery.
