Statement of Oath: Participant: By signing below. . . I agree to abide by all the rules for this event as set forth by the Youth Pastor and/or the adult chaperones. I understand that at any point I break these rules, my parents could be called to come and pick me up at their expense. I will respect all others that are involved in this event and will make an effort to be involved in all activities on this trip. Most of all, I agree to put forth an effort to learn more about myself and God.
Parent/Guardian: By signing below. . . I acknowledge that I have discussed the above rules with my child. If transportation is provided for this event, I give permission for my child to be transported by ECOB. If an overnight hotel stay is required for this event, I understand that adults will be staying in the same hotel room with the students.
