PEEWEE/GIRLS 12U TRYOUT PLAN: Drill #4 (1 on 1) 1 on 1  Line (1) on both sides start out as Forward and Line (2) on both sides start out as Defense  Forward starts with puck and skates towards the opposite end of the ice  Defense quickly skate out and time their transition with the Forward, closing the gap and playing a (1) on (1)  Forward attempts to get to the net for a shot or deke on the goalie  Defense attempts to stop the Forward from getting to the net and getting a shot off

PEEWEE/GIRLS 12U TRYOUT PLAN: Drill #5 (2 on 0) 2 on 0  Line (1) on both sides start out with Two Players Skating Down the Ice 2 on 0  Start with puck and skate towards the opposite end of the ice (Pucks start on the outside/board side)  Players to make Passes going Down the Ice  Finish with a Shot on Goal  Alternate Opposite Sides (1) then (2) …. etc.

PEEWEE/GIRLS 12U TRYOUT PLAN: Drill #7 (COMPETITION - FORWARD) Competition – Forward  Players will Form Two Lines, One Line on Both Sides of the Coach  (1) on (1) Competition  Forward with Power Turns around Cones  Coach will Push a Puck out to the Middle of the Ice  Both Players will Race to the Puck  First (1st) Player to the Puck is on Offense with the Second (2nd) Player battling to take the Puck away and be on Offense  Player with the Puck Attempts to get to the Net and Finish with a Shot or Deke on the Goalie
