Spring 2017 Registration
Is my player old enough to play? Minor League- ages 6-11 Major League- ages 9-12 Jr. League- ages 12-14 * see our website for age chart. 5 year olds may play minor softball with one year of t-ball experience, if determined it is developmentally appropriate.
What are the boundaries for HLL?
Early Registration Dates & Times: MUST bring birth certificate & proof of residency to registration!

PLAYERS ARE SIZED FOR UNIFORM SHIRTS DURING REGISTRATION PLEASE HAVE PLAYERS PRESENT TO ENSURE PROPER FIT.
Early Registration Fees Softball/ Jr. Softball - $50 player fee+ $50 in raffle tickets*+ $25 refundable tournament concession fee = $125 due at registration Have more than one player? Pay $75 family rate+ $50 in raffle tickets* and $25 refundable tournament concession fee= $150 due at registration *raffle tickets are paid for at registration and then you keep money for tickets sold Payment arrangements and financial assistance can be made privately with league President.
Try outs will be March 2-8 please watch website or Facebook page for details ALL Baseball Players 9 or older must try out this year!!! Softball Players 9-12 who have not been on a major team must attend a tryout. Junior League Softball does not attend tryouts during this time. Additional details given at registration.
EARLY REGISTRATION ENDS February 28, 2017 -player fee will increase an additional $25 per player- Please register early! This program is not affiliated in any way or sponsored by the Washington County Public Schools
For softball ONLY! All level players who live or attend school within Valley Little League boundaries plays at HLL. Jr. League Softball girls that live or attend school within Conococheague Little League boundaries play at HLL. Schools within Valley Little League: Old Forge, Smithsburg Elementary, Smithsburg M.S., Smithsburg H.S. Conococheague schools are Springfield and Williamsport H.S.. Schools within HLL boundaries Hickory, Lincolnshire and Rockland Woods.

We strongly encourage the use the school enrollment form available on our website at HalfwayLL.com if you are able. If you have provided school enrollment form in the past you do not need to provide document again. All documents need for registration!
How can I make the registration process quicker? Use the school enrollment form or have copies of your proofs of residency and have the player registration form, medical form and website waiver already completed.
How can I volunteer? There are many opportunities for volunteers at HLL. Coaching, umpiring, concession stand, special projects, team Mom/Dad, and much more! Let us know how you want to help!
