Girls U-16 Soccer Tryouts JAGS - Premier Tryouts to be held from October 1 – October 15 (Exact Dates and Times to Be Determined)
Union Soccer Club and the Storm are excited to announce open practice tryouts for the upcoming 2012/13 season. Prospective and returning players must attend. If interested send an email to [email protected]. All interested players must register by sending an email with the following information to: 1. Name, Last Name 2. Current Club and Team Name / Age Group (eg. U-16, U-15, U-14, etc.) 3. Position(s) played (Forward/Midfielder/Defender/Goalie) 4. Contact information a. Home Phone b. Mobile c. Email address Upon registration you MUST attend the scheduled session(s) to be held at our home field Conlon Field. Directions to Conlon field can be obtained from www.unionsoccer.org. For GPS users one can select the intersection of Stahuber Ave & N3rd Street). Players must attend this initial tryout session, and will be contacted to attend open team practice sessions. At Union Soccer, during the regular season the U-16 Girls Storm receives professional training from the ESNJ Soccer Academy. During the winter months the team attends its strength & conditioning and speed & agility training from Hurley Professional Sports Development supplement the development of each player and the team. The Storm competes at high levels of state, regional, & national competitions. The team is registered in the JAGS Premier Division, NJYS State Cup, NJ Cup and competes in five high level tournaments throughout the season.
