GLENBARD WEST VOLLEYBALL INVITATIONAL September 5, 2016
Dear Coach: September 15th and 16th are the dates for the 35th Annual Glenbard West Volleyball Invitational. The tournament will consist of 12 teams: Chicago Northside College Prep, Crete-Monee, Fremd, Glenbard East, Glenbard North, Glenbard South, Glenbard West, Joliet West, Lake Park, Oswego East, Schaumburg, and Streamwood. Enclosed is pool information. We would like to receive your entry fee ($275.00) and roster by Tuesday Sept. 12th. Friday’s matches will begin at 5:00 PM. All matches in pool play will be two out of three games to 25 points with the third game to 15 with an 18 pt. cap. Warm-up times for first matches will be 2-6-6. All other matches will be 2-3-3. Saturday’s matches begin at 8:30am with warm-up beginning at 8:00am. Saturday matches will be two (2) out of three (3) - 25 point games with no cap. Teams will be ranked for Saturday’s matches based on Friday’s pool play. If a tie exists, the following criteria will be used: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Locker Room facilities will be provided, however, please supply your own locks and towels. Please bring your own balls/carts to warm up with. Admission charge will be $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for students and $1.00 for Seniors. A concession stand will be available. Please publicize this event in your school.
