Gastroposter Maria Zychowicz suggests a great idea for completing the Lunch on the Go Go Go! mission with her mason jar sushi salad. “Glass jars are the new brown bags,” she says. “This easy, no-roll sushi salad is my lunch on the go, and the jar is just the perfect container.
