ASH WEDNESDAY/ETCH Join us Wednesday, Feb. 14, at 5:45pm as Etch observes Ash Wednesday. There will be a meal, and this is a family friendly evening that contains elements of contemplative worship. This will also be the final week of Session 1 electives (due to the cancellation of Etch last week). Everyone is welcome to attend this evening. We are always looking for individuals or families who would be willing to help with Etch meals. If you're interested in preparing, serving, or cleaning up after meals please contact Pastor Josh or Becky Duncan at the church office. MEN’S BREAKFAST Saturday, February 17 Doors open at 8am with coffee and donuts. Breakfast served at 8:30am. Guest Speaker: Dr David Roadcup Topic: Leadership A time of fellowship and learning ELDER BOARD MEETING Monday, February 12 at 6:30pm The Elder Board will meet in the Conference Room.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY WILLING TO PRAY? We are seeking prayer warriors to intercede for us this year as we transition and build our children’s ministry. If you believe in the value of prayer and are willing to pray faithfully, you would receive an email weekly to update you on the needs - specific prayer requests for our children’s ministry and our children. Email Miss Coleen at [email protected] to join the children’s ministry prayer team! HAND IN YOUR CHILD INFORMATION SHEET! Miss Coleen wants to get to know our children quickly so please hand in your Child Information Sheet as soon as possible.
ALL CHILDREN’S MINISTRY VOLUNTEERS! Miss Coleen would love to meet with you, one on one, to hear your ideas, dreams, and perspectives on the needs and challenges of our children’s ministry. Please sign up for a 60 – 75 minute time of sharing by emailing her or calling her.

Kits are kept on hand for Homeless Services’ clients as well as items the shelter accepts year round. Styrofoam Plate/Cups/Bowls Plastic Forks/Spoons To-go Coffee Cups Napkins/Paper Towels Hand Warmers Gas Cards - $5 or $10 Bottled Water/Flavor Packets Coffee/Creamer Sugar/Sweetener Instant Oatmeal/Pop Tarts If you would like to prepare a meal or volunteer, contact Laura at 937472-0500 ext. 401. Donations can be taken to the HIT Foundation, 11 W. Somers St. Eaton.
