ITINERARY DAY 1: DELHI (ARRIVAL) Meet & greet at the airport by our representative and get transferred to your hotel. Delhi is the Capital of India. Delhi is not a city but it is the book - A book which narrates the history of India. The city was built and destroyed seven times and has been witness to the various events which has brought India through history books. Seven times this city went through the pain of built and rebuilt . DAY 2: NEW DELHI SIGHTSEEING Enjoy a full breakfast at the hotel this morning before starting a sightseeing tour of New Delhi. Visit historical sites of the city such as Qutab Minar, India Gate (War Memorial), and drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s Estate), Parliament House and Secretariat building. Later in the afternoon head to Old Delhi for a visit to Raj Ghat and Shanti Van (the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru respectively), and see Humayun Tomb, Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk.

In the evening, enjoy Old Delhi tour & experience rickshaw ride at Chandni Chowk, explore the narrow alleys & colorful markets & local shoppers. Also get the opportunity to taste the local food in Delhi. On this tour, you will have the most amazing experience and learn about the city’s history through food. Paranthas: Head to the food-stall-lined lane off Chandni Chowk for delectable parathas (traditional flat bread) fresh off the tawa (hotplate). Choose from a spectacular array of stuffings. Natraj Dahi Bhalla - This place offers popular street-food dishes of India. It is famously known as being one of the best Chaat (street food) houses in town & serves, undoubtedly, the best Dahi Bhalle in Delhi! Kulfi Faluda: Kulfi is one of the most popular traditional dessert in India. It is made from thickened milk flavored with essence and fruits. Kulfi is said to have originated in Indian subcontinent during the Mughal Empire. Later on today drive back to the hotel for some down time and over night stay. DAY 3: NEW DELHI - JAIPUR (260KM/5 HRS APPROX) After breakfast this morning check out of the hotel and enjoy a scenic drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check into the hotel, and enjoy this evening free at leisure. DAY 4: JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING After an early morning breakfast enjoy a visit to Amber Fort, the former capital of the royal Rajputs. Set on the dry, wrinkled Aravali Hills, and surrounded by fortified battlements, the palace straddles two sepia-hued tundra hills overlooking Maota Lake. Ride up to this hilltop palace on a caparisoned, painted elephant, passing through the ancient main gate where Maharajas of Jaipur have entered for four hundred years. This afternoon visit Jaipur City; Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the old city. It was built in 1799 so that veiled royal woman could peer down unseen by the world through its 593 stone screens. Later proceed for a tour of the City Palace & Observatory. Next stop is the City Palace, which is a Solar Observatory, then onto a local market to experience the local culture and explore the shopping hub Jaipur is famous for. Today, you will be amazed to meet a palmist who will tell your fortune by checking the lines and mounds on your hands. (Fortune-telling is the practice of predicting information about a person's life.)

After that get an opportunity to see how "Mehndi" is applied and also experience it. Mehndi is the art of coloring hands with Henna paste which is very popular in India. Ladies adorn themselves with artistic mehndi designs for every occasion like marriages or parties and even casually. DAY 5: JAIPUR - AGRA VIA FATEHPUR AND ABHANERI(240KM/5 HRS APPROX) After breakfast check out of the hotel and drive to Agra, with an en-route stop at Fatehpur Sikri. Built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, Fatehpur Sikri was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Panch Mahal and other palaces. We will also visit Abhaneri Stepwell. Abhaneri is a small village of the Dausa district in northern Rajasthan; it is located 95km from Jaipur, towards the Jaipur-Agra highway. The present name of the village, 'Abhaneri', is believed to be a mispronunciation of 'Abha Nagri' or the 'city of brightness. Later continue the drive to Agra. On arrival at Agra check in to the hotel and enjoy the evening free at leisure. DAY 6: AGRA – VARANASI (OVERNIGHT TRAIN) After breakfast this morning enjoy an early morning visit to the Taj Mahal. A mausoleum built by Shah Jahan for his empress Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is the primary attraction of the city. Afterwards head back to the hotel to check out, before starting a full day of sightseeing. Begin with a visit to Agra Fort - the seat and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. Continuing on also visit Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, a highly ornate edifice, this mausoleum is considered as the imminent precursor of the Taj Mahal as far as elaborate carvings and inlay work are concerned. This evening, explore the market and indulge in some shopping before transferring to the train station for an overnight train to Varanasi. Overnight: Train journey in an A/C coach DAY 07: VARANASI ARRIVAL (BY TRAIN) Arriving in Varanasi, transfer to the hotel for check in. After the boat ride, tuck into a hearty breakfast and continue to explore the beautiful temples and bustling bazaars. In the evening be privileged to witness Ganga art at the river Ganga Ghat, on the bank on the Ganges. Here you will see the river a glow with lamps and people swimming in the river in worship of Maa Gang, a rare sight. Return to the hotel tonight.
