Portal Authenticator for Chrome Instructions If you don’t have Google Chrome installed, download and install Google Chrome . Follow this link to the extension for Chrome, and click “Add to Chrome”
Open the Authenticator app by clicking on the icon in Chrome, and click the pencil icon to add a new account.
Click the plus icon to add a new account, then click “input secret”
This is why we use Google authenticator . Enter a name such as “Portal” in the account name field. In the secret field, enter the unique code provided to you on the portal.
The app will now generate codes. Enter the verification code provided by the app (you will have to do this every time you log on):
into the 2 Factor Authentication box where it says “Enter Code” and hit VERIFY:
Once you receive your email telling you that you have been approved and activated, you can login again and start using the portal. You can edit your profile and change your password and contact information from the “Settings” menu.
