By 1PM carpool to Esther Short Park for Brown Bag Lunch (bring from home). Return to church by 2:30PM. See Event table in Narthex to signup to reserve your seat today! Six to Sunset Concert Series at Esther Short Park-Two Concerts Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Thursday, July 20, 4:30PM Patrick Lamb, Thursday, August 10, 4:30PM Carpool to park, bring lawn chairs and food for dinner or buy from Vendor at park. Return to church by 8:30PM. See Event table in the Narthex to signup to reserve your seat today! Hawaiian Festival at Esther Short Park, Saturday, July 29, 10-7 Hula Dancers, Polynesian singers, raffles, kids activities, arts and crafts, food vendors, a outdoor festival considered the third largest annual event at Esther Short Park! Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the tropical festivities, all FREE! Those interested in going contact the church office to arrange a carpool. Multnomah Falls Site-Seeing Outing, Wednesday, Aug 16, 9AM Let’s take a scenic drive to the falls! Walk around, sit on a bench and eat ice cream while enjoying the refreshing atmosphere and taking in the beauty of the cascading falls. After an hour or more of photo taking and souvenir shopping, we’ll continue our journey along the Historic Scenic Hwy, stop at a park and have our brown bag lunch (food from home). More information later in July. Let’s Try a New Restaurant: Warehouse 23, September 2017 Located at 100 Columbia (old location of the Quay) on the waterfront, Warehouse 23 offers NW cuisine and stunning views of the Columbia River. (Owners same as Beaches). We could go for lunch before or after a movie, or eat and walk along the river. More Information In August. 2
