Position Title: Grain Relationship Manager– Full-‐Time Position (Territory covers Northeast Iowa – Location TBD) Position Description The Grain Relationship Manager position as a member of Viafield’s team is responsible for generating revenue thru producer risk mitigation by utilizing progressive risk management tools. This self-‐directed team player understands the commodity market, will buy grain and follow all contract management processes in place to ensure consistency and accuracy. Viafield’s ideal applicant is a goal-‐oriented reliable communicator with a professional positive attitude. 5+ years of successful professional Agricultural sales Demonstrated knowledge of building relationships Must understand grain futures, future spreads and basis relationships Comfortable navigating computer programs Degree in Agricultural related field or Business preferred
