Below are the details and pricing for weddings at the Grand Ballroom. Food and Beverage Minimum and Room Rental Food and Beverage Minimum is the minimum amount required to host your wedding reception with us. Your menu and beverage selections will ultimately determine your event costs. Room Rental includes tables, mahogany chivari chairs, linens (choice of black, white or ivory), silverware, glassware, china, and uplights with your choice of color. Saturday Daytime: $30 per person or $2250 food and beverage minimum (whichever is higher) and $1500 room rental (tax and gratuity not included) Saturday Evening: $40 per person or $3000 food and beverage minimum (whichever is higher) and $2,750 room rental (tax and gratuity not included) Friday Evening: $35 per person or $2625 food and beverage minimum (whichever is higher) and $1500 room rental (tax and gratuity not included) Sunday Daytime or Evening: $30 per person or $2250 food and beverage minimum (whichever is higher) and $1500 room rental (tax and gratuity not included) Monday – Thursday: $30 per person food and beverage minimum and $500 room rental (tax and gratuity not included) *Daytime weddings conclude by 4:00 p.m. **The above rates apply January through November. Please contact us for December pricing** Ceremony Fee Our flexible space gives you the opportunity to host your ceremony with us. Your ceremony will take place in the Ballroom. Afterwards, your guests gather downstairs in Rick’s 110, a private dining room for a cocktail hour. During this hour, the Grand Ballroom will be transformed to your wedding reception. $1,300 Ceremony Fee. Includes one standard hotel room, based on availability. $10 additional per person food and beverage minimum for Rick’s 110 cocktail hour (Conclude by 7pm) $250 Ceremony Coordination (optional). This includes ceremony rehearsal coordination and day of ceremony coordination. A ceremony and reception in the Ballroom within the same setup will reduce the ceremony fee to $500. If you would like to add Rick's 110 for a cocktail hour without the ceremony, there is a $500 rental fee in addition to the $10 per person food and beverage minimum required for the room. Additional Fees When renting the Grand Ballroom, you receive four hours of event time. If you wish to extend the length of your reception the charge is $500 per hour room rental. Receptions concluding after 11 pm are required to secure the 14 standard hotel rooms adjacent to the Ballroom due to noise. $2.00 per person Cake Service Fee with a maximum charge of $200. $150 Security Fee for all Ballroom events. $150 per server gratuity or 20% service charge of food and beverage charges, whichever is higher.
