Granduca Residential Hotel fits between two high-rise residential projects in Uptown Houston by the same developer: Montebello (an SWA project) and Villa d’Este. Envisioned as the home of former nobility - now a hotel - the architecture and landscape of Granduca is designed to be reminiscent of an Italian villa, adapted to the 21st century. SWA provided complete landscape architectural design services for hardscape and softscape landscape development.
