ACTION
Error 01or 03
Check photocell value. Clean and reset if required.
Error 10
Check that the Drive unit for channel 1is plugged in. Replace High Voltage board / Low Voltage board.
Error 11
Channel 1. Check the solenoid (40-42 ohms). Replace solenoid if not in range. Check for any breaks in wiring or loose connections from board to solenoid. Replace High Voltage board / Low Voltage board.
Error 12
Channel 1. Turn machine off for awhile. Try again. Replace solenoid.
Error 13
Channel 1. Check that the Drive Unit for channel 2 is plugged in. Replace High Voltage board / Low Voltage board.
Error 14
Channel 2. Check the solenoid (40-42 ohms). Replace solenoid if not in range. Check for any breaks in wiring or loose connections from board to solenoid. Replace High Voltage board / Low Voltage board.
Error 16
Channel 1, (2 Heads) Replace MSTP board.

Replace Voltage board or MSTP board. Check that correct MSTP board connector is being used. ( 110V or 220V jumper depending on Line Voltage)
Error 21
Check compatibility of ICPU Eprom and Voltage board. Replace MSTP board.
Error 30
If continuos, Replace MSTP board.
Error 60
Check the incoming Line Voltage. Do not use an extension cord. Replace MSTP board.
Error 61
Check Line voltage and motor voltage per machine’s diagnostic sub menu.
Error 73
Check the connection between ICPU board and Display board. If continuous, replace MSTP board.
Error 74
Check connection between ICPU board and Display board. If continuous, replace MSTP board.

Check connection between ICPU board and Display board. Replace MSTP board.
Blowing Fuses
Check fuse holder. Replace MSTP board.
