CANDIDATE’s HEAD SHOT _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Experience and Activities: I am a new nurse presently in the nurse residency program. Became a member of National AACN and Local GMAC during nursing school. I value the mentorship that was given to me by this organization and would like to give back by volunteering. Chapter Membership: National AACN Member since: 2012 Local Chapter Member since: 2012 Chapter Activities: Attended chapter meetings and events, volunteered at MTI Stuffing Event Professional Activities outside of AACN: Honors: RHO KAPPA (Social Studies Honor Society). PTK (Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society) Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Hobbies: Softball in a small community league, the GYM, and spend time with family and friends. Personal Statement (short paragraph) As a new nurse I am honored to be apart of this professional organization and value the knowledge that I will gain networking with my colleagues.
