BondinG network Grounding and Bonding System The grounding network in any building is responsible for directing electricity, static noise and built up charges to an outside discharge away from people and equipment. The grounding products featured here are designed around the ANSI-J-STD-607-B, Commercial Building Grounding (Earthing) and Bonding requirements for telecommunications. This standard specifies the requirements for a uniform telecommunications grounding and bonding infrastructure that shall be followed within commercial buildings where telecommunications equipment will be installed.
According to the ANSI-J-STD-607-B Standard*, TBB Conductor size is directly related to the length of ground wire run. See the chart below for selecting the appropriate AWG size of wire.

Service Entry The service entry location houses the last destination within the building before an electrical current leaves the building. The Telecommunications Main Grounding Busbar (TMGB) connects the external grounding rod to Telecommunications Bonding Backbone (TBB) located throughout the building.

BondinG network Grounding and Bonding System The grounding network in any building is responsible for directing electricity, static noise and built up charges to an outside discharge away from people and equipment. The grounding products featured here are designed around the ANSI-J-STD-607-B, Commercial Building Grounding (Earthing) and Bonding requirements for telecommunications. This standard specifies the requirements for a uniform telecommunications grounding and bonding infrastructure that shall be followed within commercial buildings where telecommunications equipment will be installed.
According to the ANSI-J-STD-607-B Standard*, TBB Conductor size is directly related to the length of ground wire run. See the chart below for selecting the appropriate AWG size of wire.

Service Entry The service entry location houses the last destination within the building before an electrical current leaves the building. The Telecommunications Main Grounding Busbar (TMGB) connects the external grounding rod to Telecommunications Bonding Backbone (TBB) located throughout the building.
