Worth Ave. Group is the premier insurance provider for K-12 schools and private schools who issue devices to students, faculty and staff. All of our policies provide replacement cost coverage and protect devices worldwide (on and off school grounds). Worth Ave. Group is affiliated with Student Insurance Partners. When a school district purchases a group policy: We will need a list of serial numbers for the units that need insured. Once we have that we will create a policy number for each unit. This information will be entered on an excel spreadsheet and will be sent to you to keep for your records. We will also send a declaration page (proof of insurance with us) and an invoice to pay for the insurance.
