We will be offering 158+/- acres of very good bottom land, which DID NOT flood in 2015 and currently has soybeans on it. This farm is a producer, with 154.5+/- tillable acres, this farm is nearly all in production. Soils are comprised of Zook, Vigar Loam, Nodaway Silt Loam, Wabash Silty Clay, and Grundy Silt Loam, with the slopes being 0 to 2 percent.
