CALL ALL EXPLORERS! You’re about to go on a Journey off the Map!
We cannot wait to start exploring the unknown territory off the map with you! Your adventure guides have been hard at work charting the route for your arrival on August 3, 2015. If you are a Mission family and your child is coming on the shuttle bus from NCC Mission Campus, please drop your child off each morning at 8:00am at the Mission Campus after signing them in at KidCheck. For all Abbotsford families, sign in will begin on Monday at 8:30am at the Family Entrance, where you will receive your adventure gear for the time you’re trekking with us! We hope you are ready for a stellar time because we are going to make known the unknown as we Journey off the Map!
Afternoon Activities Monday: Outdoor Treasure Hunt • Come ready to explore to find treasures! • Bring sunscreen • Abbotsford pick up: 3:00pm, Mission pick up 3:30pm
Tuesday: Swamp Day • Get ready to slip, slide and slosh around the Swamp in the back of the church! • Bring your bathing suit, towel & sunscreen • Abbotsford pick up: 3:00pm, Mission pick up 3:30pm
Wednesday: Movie Day • Enjoy a movie or two with your group • Bring your favorite safari animal along for the day!
A Few Reminders… • A good, peanut free lunch in your backpack (except for Wednesday). Snacks will be provided each day • Camp T-Shirts must be worn each day! • Apply sunscreen each morning before we Journey off the Map • Memorize your verses • Abbotsford families arrive at 8:45am Tues-Fri • Mission families using the shuttle bus arrive at 8:15am Mon-Fri • All families are invited to our final open session on Friday at 3:00pm in Paradise Falls (West Court) • Journey off the Map runs 9:00am-3:00pm each day, except Thursday which runs 9:00am-4:30pm questions? Thursday: Jungle Jac’s Indoor Playground • Come join the fun as we bounce around this awesome indoor playground • Abbotsford pick up: 4:30pm, Mission pick up 5:00pm
Friday: Greater Vancouver Zoo • Be ready to explore the zoo and all the creatures that it hold • Bring sunscreen • Invite your family to come attend our last open session at the Lookout (West Court) from 3-3:30pm • Mission pick up 4:00pm
