Craft a personalized mantra or affirmation to help support you in your desire for a happy and fulfilling life:

Think of a goal you had in the past that you found really easy to achieve. Identify the ‘why’ that kept you motivated and on track.

Think of a goal you are currently feeling challenged by. Find a more engaging ‘why’ than the one you currently attach to your goal.
