Guelph Ladies Slo-Pitch 2018 Registration www.leaguelineup.com/gls The Guelph Ladies Slo-Pitch (GLS) league is looking for ladies 25 years of age and over as of April 30, 2018 who are interested in having some FUN and RECREATION over the summer months. The league is restricted to players who do NOT play in any fastball or hardball leagues. Other slo-pitch and 3-pitch leagues are allowed as long as their schedules do not conflict with the GLS league schedule and Championship Weekend (2nd weekend in Sept.). You must play at least 50% of the games since YOU started the season to be eligible to play on Championship Weekend. League games are Mondays at 6:30 p.m. League membership is on a first come, first serve basis with preference given to last year’s players who register by the deadline date of Monday February 12, 2018. **Early Bird Registration is available for returning players only**
Early Bird Fee – Received on or before September 30, 2017:

Regular Registration Fee – After September 30, 2017 and before or on February 12, 2018:

Late Registration Fee – After February 12, 2018:

A NSF fee of $15.00 will be charged for all NSF cheques. In consideration of my being allowed to attend at or participate in any way in this slo-pitch league, I warrant that I am physically fit to participate and of legal age and competent to sign and agree that a benefit is realized by me through attendance at Guelph Ladies Slo-Pitch games. I, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors herewith absolve Guelph Ladies Slo-pitch league, and its executive from any liability arising from any damage, loss, or injury to myself or my personal belongings (i.e. car, bat etc.) resulting from my participation in the activities of the Guelph Ladies Slo-pitch league during the current calendar year. In the event of pregnancy, I also absolve Guelph Ladies Slo-Pitch league of any responsibility to my unborn child or myself should I become injured while playing slo-pitch. Once my condition becomes known, I understand that I must stop playing in the Guelph Ladies Slo-Pitch league for the remainder of the season.
