This project began with discovering landscape corridors imbedded within the site as pre-existing conditions. Master planning for the development embraced these natural and infrastructural corridors and designed the riverfront and surrounding hills within this framework. Expanding on the idea of “green fingers” (or corridors), each landscape is characterized by a specific identity, which provide functional performance with multiple experiences.
