Approval of Minutes from 5/7/2017 – Steve Tanner motion to approve, Katie Moratti 2nd, approve unanimously 3. President – (Colton Lenzinger) - present Update: o Louisville Slugger pitching machines are ready for sale. Melanie Tanner motion to sell pitching machines for $50 via Facebook page, Kristin Brown 2nd, unanimously approve o Looking for board approval to have the Little Minors participate in All Star tournament, 2 baseball teams and 1 softball team, for $300. Scott Hershberger motions, Katie Moratti 2nd, approve unanimously. o Melanie Tanner motion to approve all All Star teams, Steve Tanner 2nd, approve unanimously. o All Star uniforms: Katie Moratti motion to provide All Star uniform shirts and hats. Scott Hershberger 2nd, passes 5 to 1. Steve Tanner motion for $35 participation fee for players on the All Star teams, Kristin Brown 2nd, passes 5 to 1. o Zero Tolerance Issues 4. Player Agent Softball(Erica Busick) - absent Update: none 9. Sponsorship Officer &Uniforms(Katie Moratti) - present Update: Working on delivering plaques to sponsors. 10. Equipment Manager(Josh Busick) - absent Update: none
