Halloween Tulle Wreath Designed by Janice, Bellevue Staff Member Materials: 7 yd - Black 72” wide Tulle 5 yd - Purple 72” wide Tulle 3 yd - Orange 72” wide Tulle 16 “ Wire Wreath (or diameter desired) Spiders, Bats & other spooky things How to Make: 1. Cut all of the tulle into 8” x 4-1/2” strips. 2. Divide the three colors of tulle strips equally and begin to tie to the rungs of the wreath one color at a time. Work from the inside of the wreath to the outside, staggering your colors between the rungs of the wreath for variety. 3. Add spiders, etc. to the wreath, then hang bats so that they fly in the middle. 4. Fluff, hang and enjoy!

Hints from Janice: Fold your tulle into thirds widthwise, then cut into 4-1/2” strips using a rotary cutter and mat. Then cut along folds of the 4-1/2” strips to produce nine 8” long strips per every 4-1/2” cut. Your colors do not have to be symmetrically tied to the wreath or in the same proportions as the example. Use the colors you like the most or add in other colors to get the look you would like.
