Dear Friend of Hamilton Baseball: We are writing to you with the hope that you will consider a donation in support of the 2016 season of Hamilton Baseball. Hamilton Baseball is celebrating its 65th season of serving the families of Northeast Baltimore City. We provide a positive, healthy and safe environment for children to learn and play baseball. We assist youth in developing qualities of positive discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership, as well as physical well-being. We expect 200 children to participate in our program this year. We are host to several player divisions ranging from our beginners in clinic to 13-15 yrs. in the older division. Our goal is to obtain donations from the local community in the forms of a monetary contribution, product, service or gift certificates. Your donation to Hamilton Baseball is tax deductible. This year’s fundraising efforts will help fulfill our various needs: Concessions fryer hood and fire suppression system - $6,000 Complete the bathroom remodel that in progress - $600 Repair and maintain/purchase lawn care equipment - $1,800 Baseball equipment and field maintenance materials for the program - $1,500 We feel that making these desperately needed Improvements, as well as helping those who cannot afford to play baseball will help revive our part of this great city and renew a sense of pride within the families in our community. Hamilton Baseball is operated by a dedicated group of board of members and parents who all volunteer a great amount of time year round to keep the program running. We are a small nonprofit organization and our primary revenue source is registration fees, annual fundraiser, and donations.
