Hamilton High School Cheer Annual Booster Club Meeting Minutes October 18, 2017 @6:30 p.m. Hamilton High School Cafeteria Annual Board Meeting Started meeting @ 6:31 pm Attendance: See attached Cheerleader/Parent Sign in Sheet, Tasha Campa, Beth Cohen, Carie Eudey, Jen Butler, Easton Orsino, & Amanda Slade Agenda o Welcome – Presentation of Agenda o Purpose of the Board is to support the Cheer Program and its coaches financially and through Team Bonding. o Received final tally on SnapRaise; lower than anticipated o Currently 52 boxes of chocolate left to sell. Sell at football games, spirit table, visitor and home side o Fan Wear o Website is http://theblingshack,com/hhscheer/shop/home o Open throughout the season o Order online and will be picked up and email to come on when you can pick up the items. o Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk – Freshman and JV o Tempe Town Lake o October 28th o Chandler Boys and Girls Club - Varsity o October 28th o Adopt a Family – stay tuned o Hamilton Family o Next meeting tree with gift tags for each family to choose o Rachel Murphy o Sponsor for Home Playoff game o Sponsors needed for basketball games o Tax donations o Needed by end of year o Feed My Starving Children o All Squads: Tuesday, January 16th 6-8 pm o 1345 S Alma School Rd, Mesa AZ 85210 o Email to be sent closer to event with details. o Need parent volunteers. Email the Booster email if you are interested. o We will need parent helpers to assist with planning community events every QTR, email us if you are interested. o Fundraisers: o Gold Canyon Candles orders due - deliver before Thanksgiving. $20 per candle (no tax), every s o Fry’s Reward – continue to encourage friends/family. We made $520 last year o Corporate sponsorships o Showcase December 2nd in the auditorium, we will have vendors, more info to come. Event is for Dance Studios, All-star Cheer. No charge to participate, we charge at the door o Open to new ideas – please submit idea details to Booster email for approval and instructions o We need your help to carry out all ideas. Next Meeting Tuesday November 14th in the Cafeteria Meeting adjourned @ 6:43 pm.
