The Hamilton Southeastern High School Touchdown Club is a booster club, operating as an assumed business name of the Royal Varsity Club, Incorporated, a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. The Touchdown Club is comprised of parent volunteers who support the football program at HSE High School and provide the extras that help make the Hamilton Southeastern Royals successful. The Touchdown Club is holding its annual HSE Tailgate Dinner and Pigskin Auction on Saturday, August 12, 2017, at the Forum Conference Center in Fishers. This is our primary fundraising event each year. The purpose and goal of this event are more important than ever due to ongoing state budget cuts in education, specifically impacting athletic and extra-curricular programs. Approximately 200 people will be in attendance at this evening event consisting of live and silent auctions. This year we will also be utilizing an online auction prior to the event. The success of this event depends largely on the generosity of our local and area merchants. We are asking for your support through donations of money, gift certificates, products and/or services. Your name, or business name, and donation will be listed on the online auction site, in the Pigskin Tailgate Dinner and Auction Program, as well as being prominently displayed at the event. To insure that your name and/or your company’s name will be included in our program, please notify us of donations by July 25th. Items or monetary donations may be mailed to: Denise Retzner, 13662 Cosel Way, Fishers, IN 46037. If you prefer, you may contact Denise at 317-407-0185 to make arrangements for a pick-up. Our players, coaches and Touchdown Club members greatly appreciate your support and donations. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
