Guidelines to Uploading Handouts GENERAL INFORMATION ON SUBMITTING HANDOUTS All presentations must be submitted as a PDF online to the Speaker Portal prior to the meeting. The PDF should be no longer than 15 pages. If you have more than 15 PowerPoint slides, format the PDF so that multiple slides are on a page. If you need assistance with your handouts, please contact the AANN Education Administrator. All presenters must submit handouts using the PowerPoint Slide Template provided in the Speaker Portal. The template will have a slide for your title, two disclosure slides, and a slide for your contact information. If you have something to disclose, please use slide 2 and delete slide one from your presentation. If you have nothing to disclose, please use slide 3 and delete slide 2 from your presentation. If you plan to have a handout on-site, you need to provide a copy for all session attendees. AANN will not be able to print handouts on-site. Handout Submission Deadline: Wednesday, February 22, 2017
