SOFT RESET
You can force your device to shut down in situations where it stops responding or won't restart normally. No settings or personal data get deleted.

Micro USB connector cover
Micro SIM card cover
Open the micro SIM card cover and you will see a small red button. Press it and you will feel three vibrations and device will shuts down.

FACTORY DATA / HARD RESET
Go to Settings > Backup & Reset
You have option to backup your data (you must have Google account).
After Factory data reset the smartphone will restart.
