The Hardin School District, located in Hardin, Montana seeks an individual who can provide leadership in developing and maintaining the best possible educational programs and services for our students to serve as our Superintendent starting July 1, 2018. Hardin is a Class A District located in South Central Montana just 50 miles south of Billings, Montana on Interstate 90. The K-12 District serves 2000 students. Copy of Montana Class III Administrative Certificate showing Superintendent endorsement or information demonstrating ability to obtain such a certificate. Supplemental Questions: The Board of Trustees will consider the form, content, and style of your responses. Please limit response to each question to two hundred and fifty (250) words or less: i. Our budget reflects the priorities of the District and of the school community. We are seeking a school leader who will be a diverse and strong leader that is passionate about building team culture in order to provide the best education to our multicultural community. The Hardin School District includes Hardin High School, Hardin Middle School, Hardin Intermediate School, Hardin Primary, Crow Agency School, Fort Smith School and the Kindergarten Readiness Center. Hardin is located near these attractions: Big Horn County Museum, Big Horn River, Crow Fair (August), Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, Pompey’s Pillar, Big Horn Canyon National Recreation Area, Pictograph Caves, Beartooth Scenic Highway, Chief Plenty Coups State Park, Yellowstone National Park.
