Drop off is at 6:00 am, the bus leaves immediately after attendance is taken and returns at approximately 6:30 PM
Cost:
$80 before 12/19, $89 12/19 – 1/2, $100 after 1/2 Includes comfortable bus transportation, lift ticket, breakfast (bagel) and snacks.
Bring:
Equipment, proper clothing, and money for lunch at the lodge or brown bag lunch. Rent Locally (Mount Everest Ski Shop in Westwood, Ski Barn in Paramus). You can rent at Windham Mountain for $35 including helmet, but the rental lines are long.

Step 1: Please register online at www.hp-sports.org Step 2: Medical Permission & Insurance Information – Mail once per Ski Season Space is limited therefore it is FIRST-COME–FIRST-SERVED. Once we have received your child’s completed PERMISSION SLIPS, we will send you a confirmation. Please email
[email protected] if you do not receive a confirmation by Thursday before the trip. Chaperones: At least one adult per 12 children. Please provide your information if you are interested in chaperoning either in the lodge or on the mountain. You will be notified if your services are needed one week prior to the trip. We strongly recommend that inexperienced skiers and snowboarders take a morning and/or afternoon lesson at the mountain to progress faster and be able to fully enjoy the sport. Group lessons consist of 8 students per instructor and last about 1 ¾ hours. Skiing and snowboarding can be a dangerous sport. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. Wrist guards are recommended for snowboarders. Windham does not accept insurance of any kind for first aid treatment therefore we must have your completed health insurance and credit card information on this form (with expiration date and signature). Please be sure to complete this information accurately. Emergency phone contacts must be legible for the day of the trip. If your child cannot attend the trip, please send an email to
[email protected] as soon as possible to receive a credit or refund. Due to the cancellation policy of the bus company and food costs, any cancellations made within seven days of the trip will be charged $45.00. On the day of the trip, please notify us early if your child should wake up sick. We will be up by 5:00 am. If they are not at the bus by departure time, WE WILL CALL YOU. Inappropriate behavior on the day of the trip will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action or forfeiture of future trips. Such behavior includes but is not limited to foul or abusive language, insubordination, food fights, disrespect towards the chaperones or schoolmates and actions that may compromise the safety of other persons on the bus or on the mountain. Skiers will pick up any trash before leaving the bus. Please have your child at the bus by 6:00 am on the day of the trip. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call.
