On Thursday 10th November 2016, Year 2 will be going to the Harrow Museum and Heritage Centre at Headstone Manor as part of their topic on Victorians. The children will take part in workshops and be involved in hands on activities. The children in Maple will be going to the museum in the morning and having lunch when they return to school and Iroko will have lunch in school and then go to the museum. The children must wear school uniform. The cost will be £6.50 per child. The cost covers the coach transport to and from the museum and the workshops. As the school has budget limits, we will not be able to run this trip unless we know that parents are willing to contribute voluntarily towards the costs involved. This amount does not include a contribution for any other child. If the trip does run, no pupil will be omitted from this activity because his or her parents feel unable to make the contribution. However we may need to cancel the event if we do not receive enough contributions. We will require some additional parent helpers. If you would like to help, please indicate on the slip attached. Please would you make your payment and tick the consent box on ParentPay, giving your child permission to go this trip by Monday 31st October 2016.
