Roberts Wesleyan College Women’s 5k @ 10:30 a.m. Men’s 8k @ 11:30 a.m.
Registration: www.directathletics.com (Closes on Wednesday, September 20th @ 6:00pm) 1. Log in to your account. (Create a Direct Athletics account if you don't have one already.) 2. Click "TEAM" on the website header. 3. "Add" or "Deactivate" athletes to make your roster accurate. (You cannot delete athletes who have results tied to their names.) 4. Select "FIND A MEET" on the website header. 5. Plug "Harry F. Anderson" into the Meet Name search space. 6. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom. 7. That will take you to the meet webpage. Only enter the athletes that may race in the meet. Please don't enter your whole roster.
Entry Fee: $125 per gender ($250 combined). Please make check payable to Roberts Wesleyan College Cross Country. Awards Ceremony:
Approximately 12:15 noon at the start/finish line Cider and Donuts will be given to the winning Men’s and Women’s Teams T-shirts to the top 15 finishers in each race
Course Information:
Course maps, in PDF form, can be found on (scroll through document to see 5k and 8k courses): http://athletics.roberts.edu/documents/2013/9/27/XC_Course_Map-2013.pdf?id=5244 The course will be marked with a dotted white line and red and white mini-flags. Runner must stay within the mini flags. Miles and thousands will be marked. Courses are grass and trails with two road crossings,1/4-in to 3/8-in spikes are recommended.
Team Packets:
Team packets can be picked up at the start/finish line area (see map on page 3). They will include: Box number Pins Numbers (please wear on the front of singlet)

Leone Timing. NCAA rules apply. Results will be posted on the Roberts Wesleyan College website: www.robertsredhawks.com
Other:
Athletic Training: The Athletic Training Room is located on the first floor of the Voller Athletic Center, next to the women’s locker room and Hall of Fame. An athletic trainer will be available two hours prior, during, and 30 minutes after the meet. Water and ice will be made available at the start/finish line. Services and materials available in the ATR are ice, heat pads, and taping (visiting teams please bring your own stocked med-kit for supplies). Electrical stimulation and ultrasound treatments are also available with a written request from your Athletic Trainer. Facilities: Restrooms and locker rooms are available in the lower Voller Athletic Center. Towels and locks are not available. Security for valuables is the responsibility of each visiting team. Receipts for meet entry fees will be available at packet pick up.

Van parking is available at the Voller Athletic Center lot (see map below) Bus parking is available at the Chesbro Center on College Greene Drive off of Buffalo Road (see map below)
